Ideally you will have:

  • Certificate 4 in Food Processing
  • Degree or Associate Diploma in Science or Food Science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Laboratory applications and / or the food industry
  • Communication skills

  • Leadership skills
  • Trouble-shooting ability
